Objective

Allows BitDAO to swap out its own treasury for other tokens.

Flow

• BitDAO proposal to increase exposure to an asset or sector (e.g. defi 2.0 frog nation projects, dex projects, BIT LP tokens, ETH, etc.), with mandate to be executed by an AE.
• BitDAO Treasury transfers assets to an AE managed sub-treasury.
• AE operators determine how to achieve the longer term mandate through a series of small tranches.
• AE operators create tranches (requests to swap X asset for Y asset)

e.g. Tranche#2041: Swap up to 1M BIT for sSpell at a 1:50 token ratio

• Swapped assets will flow into the BitDAO Treasury

Advantage over other methods

• Asset holders can swap their assets to BitDAO at favorable exchange rates (making implied ROI)
